I have worked in Independent and Assisted Living communities over the last 8 years, 4 years being in Culinary Management.

I have been the Culinary Director at The Palms at Ponte Vedra for 3 years and take great pride in making sure our residents have the best meals possible.

My goal is to make sure our residents don’t just enjoy five star meals, but also enjoy the excellent service we provide in our luxury dining room. I plan to continue working under the strong and compassionate leadership at The Palms to understand all of the departments. I want to become an Executive Director someday so that I may make sure residents are comfortable and enjoy all aspects of their lives at The Palms.
